After many lengthy
discussions with various prominent figures in the events industry, the
conversation that began with RFP's and how they've morphed into something
entirely different than the original intent, the dialogue went deeper.
We
started discussing the result of this change in the process... the one stop
shop that does a little bit of everything, but at what cost?
Yes, there
are one stop shops that are successful and have identified and defined each
area of expertise well, so if that's you there is no need to take offense.
